With proven expertise in Voice Alarm, Fire Detection, Access Control, Public Address (Tannoy), IP Audio Systems, Parking and Revenue Systems as well as Assisted Hearing and Intercoms, our dedicated and experienced team is focused on your requirements.

Our emphasis on a partnership approach with our clients, enables us to design flexible solutions, which can range from simple emergency call out agreements, through full PPM contracts, system design, Installation and commissioning.

ImPerium provide Technical Services to our clients These range from routine maintenance agreements , through life cycle management to design and consultancy, encompassing a full turn key solution.

ImPerium started out as an idea. We recognised that fire & security systems and building management systems were converging, furthermore open protocols and specifically, Internet Protocol (commonly referred to as IP) was the way forward. Having started out as a software company, ImPerium has rapidly developed into a specialist supplier who fulfils all aspects of your project and has developed an extensive service and maintenance capability covering the entire UK.

We strive to provide first class services from concept to completion and beyond. Experienced installation teams, supported by our friendly and knowledgeable service support team can not only fulfil all your statutorily required maintenance needs but all your planned preventative maintenance, Lifecycle management, New build and upgrade requirements, ImPerium is committed to supplying the best service first time and every time.


2008 – started out as a subsidiary of a large integration company, concentrating on open protocol integration software.

2008 – 2009 – The company, still working as a subsidiary business, developed and launched Imperium software, which received numerous industry plaudits and developed a strong following.

2009 – 2010 – Imperium became independent and its software was selected as the platform for a site wide upgrade from conventional to IP CCTV at one of the UK’s largest international airports.

2010 – Present Day – The company has evolved, and with the commoditization of CCTV we have focused on communications technology. We are now based in a purpose built unit in a mill development, with state of the art communications systems which allow both our satellite office locations and our engineering staff to be accessed as extensions from our central telephone number or even make and accept video calls from site.

Our competence and expertise has been widely acclaimed and has led to many blue chip companies utilising our services, from High Street banks, to Premier League Football Clubs.
